- Using the internationally recognized software program, HTRI, our thermal designs are guaranteed accurate so customers don't have to worry about performance of their Heat Exchangers, Chillers or Air Coolers.
- Our vast experience ensures that the customer gets the best design in considering items like "dia. vs length", TEMA types, "pass configurations", "forced vs induced drafts" and "number of fans".
- We can also check-rate existing equipment for suitability in different services including pressure or temperature changes.

- We use in-house developed software specifically designed for shell & tube or air cooled heat exchangers (air coolers) that allow us to offer the fastest submission of engineering packages while ensuring complete compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
- We cover complete ASME required calculations in addition to applicable civil requirements such as wind loads, seismic loads, snow loads and foundation loads.
- Using AutoCAD for our drawing packages ensures accurate dimensions and drawings eliminating delays during fabrication.

INSPECTIONS
- We maintain an ASME approved quality program to insure consistently high quality equipment for our customers. Our program is documented through an extensive in-process inspection checklist.
- All our inspectors are certified for interpretation of NDE requirements such as Radiograph, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Wet Florescence, and PMI.
- Our Inspectors and Engineers are also available to perform third-party inspection to ensure all aspects of your projects are completed correctly.
