With our fabrication facility in Collinsville, Oklahoma we are able to provide our customers a single source for both Shell and Tube and Air Cooled (Fin Fan) Heat Exchangers with minimal freight cost globally.

Using both in-house developed software, HTRI, ASPEN, and recognized industry software, HEATTRAN accurately designs our equipment to meet all ASME requirements plus customer specifications, API 660 Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, and API 661 Air Coolers as required. Combined with our proprietary design methodologies, HEATTRAN has established a reputation for providing engineering packages for approval in days instead of weeks.
Our two Oklahoma facilities are ASME “U” and “S” certified plus National Board Registration and Repair "R" capabilities. Our facilities are divided into (2) 12,000 sq.ft. and 170,000 sq.ft shops to allow us to provide completely segregated fabrication of Stainless Steel and Alloy equipment without the chance of cross-contamination. Our 7 acres of lay down area give ample secure storage for your equipment pending shipment. From this location, we can fabricate all your TEMA / API Shell & Tube and Air Cooled Heat Exchanger equipment.

- We provide complete ASME calculations and applicable civil requirements such as wind, seismic, snow, and foundation loads.
- Auto CAD or 3D drawings for our drawing packages ensure accurate dimensions and drawings eliminating delays during fabrication
- We use an ASME approved quality program to ensure consistently high-quality equipment for our customers. Our program is documented through an extensive in-process inspection checklist.
- Our QA/QC personnel are certified for interpretation of NDE requirements such as Radiograph, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Wet Florescence, and PMI.
